Arkansas’ Washington nets SEC weekly award Published: Tuesday, November 18, 2008 PRINT E-MAIL FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas forward Michael Washington has been named SEC player of the week after having career highs of 30 points and 14 rebounds in 41 minutes in the Razorbacks’ 91-87 victory over Southeastern Louisiana. Washington, a 6-9 junior from McGehee, scored seven consecutive points in overtime to give the Razorbacks the lead for good.
