Spurrier seeks steady progress

— The Ol’ Ball Coach wants to believe he’s got one more good run at an SEC title in him, but he knew it wasn’t going to be this year.

Only nine seniors returned to this year’s Gamecocks, giving South Carolina’s Steve Spurrier good reason to scale back the expectations.
