VIDEO: Hogs react after win over LeMoyne-Owen
Thursday, November 5, 2009
FAYETTEVILLE Arkansas turned a two-point halftime lead into a 33-point blowout Thursday at Bud Walton Arena, but John Pelphrey is concerned with what the Hogs must face next week — player suspensions and a depleted roster.
As for their exhibition season finale, five Razorbacks scored in double figures, including a 21-point performance by the hot-shooting Rotnei Clarke for a 102-69 win.
The Razorbacks' newcomers accounted for 51 points, including 8 points by true freshman Brandon Mitchell. Mitchell left the Arkansas football team this week as a third-team quarterback to join the basketball squad for the season.
Arkansas still has plenty to work on, Arkansas coach John Pelphrey said. For post-game reaction, click here to view the video.
