South Carolina’s loss could be Arkansas’ gain. Linebacker Brandon Golson of St. Matthews (S.C.) Calhoun County signed with the Gamecocks in February, but he has been denied admission to South Carolina despite meeting NCAA eligibility standards.

From what I understand a slot came open because 4star D Tackle Calvin Barnett will have to go the JC route due to grades. No wonder we got the kid. Is there any truth to Burnett not elgible this fall?
