This weekend is expected to be the first of several where Arkansas hosts recruits leading up to national signing day Feb. 1. At least one prospect, junior-college defensive end Austin Flynn, said he will be visiting Fayetteville.

Like some other post I saw yesterday I would really like to believe Flynn has the skill set to switch to MLB...he certainly has all of the speed, size, strength. Coaches nearly always know best, so I trust he would wind up where he could do the most good.

He looks like a great prospect. I hope we can land him. However, I have concluded that until we hire a different DC, our overall defense is not going to improve much. We gave up 28 or more points in six (6) games this year.
