I had to catch a flight from LR back to Dallas last year with most of the 4th quarter still left to play. I was getting updates from the blog via my cell phone until I had to shut that down on the plane just before takeoff. When I got home, my DVR did not record the final few minutes of the game. So, I was unaware of what happened at the end with the fumble recovery until I read this article. Thanks for that information as it provides a bit of perspective on Petrino's sideline display last Friday. I still don't like it and it doesn't excuse it. His salary and his example is well-observed to the kids playing the game. Nevertheless, I'm hoping that next year, Arkansas reverses the scores of 2011 with Alabama and LSU.

Yea...now it sheds A LOT more light for me too as I forgot about the end of the game last year and I saw it. Critics, talk show hosts, people can say what they want about Petrino and his actions because it is easy to do when not in that position but I challenge any one of them to see what their reactions might be if they were actually the coach. If they are passionate about their job, love their team and players it is very easy to react this way. I have seen many of the best do this before I thought nothing of it because we are not in that position. It does further fuel my hatred for the mad hater none as classLESs Miles!!!
