1st Quarter ARKANSAS 7, VANDERBILT 7 Arkansas went three-and-out to open the game for the fifth consecutive time, impeded by personal foul and substitution penalties. Vanderbilt needed one third-down conversion, Jordan Rodgers’ 21-yard touchdown pass to Jordan Matthews on third-and-8, to score.
