Friday recruiting tidbits

Arkansas commitment Khari Harding of Edmond (Okla.) Santa Fe liked what he heard when he called Razorbacks Coach Bret Bielema on Friday.

Arkansas commitment and safety Khari Harding of Edmond, Okla. talked to Arkansas Coach Bret Bielema around 4:40 today for about 3-4 minutes. He said Bielema told him DC Chris Ash and secondary coach would make an in-home visit sooon after the dean period is over.

Bielema said he would do his in-home visit with Harding about a week or so after.He was very encouraged that Bielema said he would need him to play next year and they're not looking to redshirt him. He still plans to make official visits to Arkansas, Auburn and Arizona State.

OL Josh Outlaw of Lithonia, (Ga.) MLK HS said he still has interest in Arkansas. At one time, he talked about taking an official visit to Arkansas.

2014 DL Craig Evans, 6-3, 325, 5.0 of of Sun Prairie, Wis.said he decommitted from Wisconsin because he felt like he rushed his decision and now plans to take his time and give other school, including Arkansas a shot.

He cited his relationship with defensive line coach Charlie Partridge's people skills for his interest in the Hogs. He said Partridge is the type person that you can talk to for the first time and feel like you've known him for a couple of years.

LB Colton Goas, 6-2, 248, 4.76 of Honolulu, Hawaii said Arkansas appears to lost interest in him and he probably won't be setting up an official visit. He said offensive line coach Sam Pittman told him the Hogs were full at linebacker.

2014 RB Mikale Wilborn of Chicago De La Salle said he hopes to visit Arkansas soon. He said he's been talking with Hog RB coach Joel Thomas since the beginning of the season and he likes what he has done with his running backs.He has several offers going into 2013.

He attendeds the same school as 2014 OL Jamarco Jones, who has talked to Arkansas offensive line coach Sam Pittman and also wants to visit.

S Khari Harding has talked to Auburn and Kansas State since his conversation with Bielema earlier in the evening.

WR Devon Allen of Phoenix Brophy HS said he recently talked to Hog offensive cooridnator Jim Chaney and he's deciding whether to officially visit Arkansas or Arizona St. Allen said he's talked to Arkansas' track coach too. He's one of the top football/track prospects in the nation.
