National Signing Day has arrived
Wednesday, February 1, 2012
LITTLE ROCK National Signing Day is here, and across the state, players will be signing their names on the dotted line to make their pledge to college programs official.
All throughout the day, reporters with ArkansasOnline, ARPreps and NWAOnline will keep fans in the know about when players fax in their National Letter of Intent.
This coverage includes a Razorback-based blog and recruiting board (Visit it here), up-to-the-second tweets on the blog and LIVE STREAMING of signings.
Arkansas target Dorial Green-Beckham, the consensus no. 1 recruit in the nation, is expected to decide on his college choice at 9 a.m. We will have a live stream of his decision (Which can be found here),
We will also carry live streams of the signings of Bearden athlete Defonta Lowe (9 a.m.), White Hall defensive end Jeremy Sprinkle (10 a.m.) and Pottsville offensive lineman Jeremy Ward (10:30 a.m.) as they make their commitments to Arkansas official.
Other state college recruiting lists will be posted as well when recruits sign with various other state programs.
Arkansas is expected to sign 22 players (with one already enrolled). Arkansas State, Central Arkansas and Arkansas-Pine Bluff will also sign their classes to round out the Division I programs in the state and the numerous small college programs across Arkansas are also expected to sign recruits today as well.
