Practice begins for Arkansas

Arkansas began outdoor practice Friday as the returning SEC Western Division champion with a goal of getting back to Omaha, Neb., site of the College World Series.

Ark was Western Division champion but only went 15-15 in conference? That's hard to do. I guess the East dominated the West in baseball like the West dominates the East in football. I knew Vandy, Florida, and South Carolina all had top-10 teams last year but it seems almost mathematically impossible to win your division and only win half your games.
