Last week, Jerry Webster, a longtime buddy and confidante, was talking to someone in Fayetteville. Val Hansen’s name came up and the guy goes, “Isn’t he the guy who started Hoopfest?” It has been 12 years since that dozen years of 3-on-3 basketball was played on the streets of downtown Little Rock.
