Covington, La., linebacker Otha Peters (5), will be a freshman at Arkansas this fall.
The first in a series featuring newcomers to the Arkansas football team. Otha Peters’ switch to Arkansas in late January, just before national signing day, turned out to be a “huge” catch for a Hogs’ roster in need of star talent on defense.
