Additional Arkansas-LSU tickets go on sale Wednesday

Arkansas and LSU will play on Nov. 23 at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium.

— More tickets for Arkansas' Nov. 23 game against No. 7 LSU will go on sale at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

Available tickets are $25 and are bleacher seats located in the upper deck of the south end zone at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, according to a release. The tickets are turnbacks from the university's allotment for students and can be purchased through the Razorback ticket office.

An exact number of available tickets is unknown, but a source told WholeHogSports only around 1,800 of 9,500 tickets allotted for students had been claimed by Tuesday afternoon. Expected low turnout among the student body on Thanksgiving weekend was a reason often cited for keeping the LSU game at Little Rock's War Memorial Stadium in recent years.

The game, which had previously been reported by the school as sold out, will be the first between the teams in Fayetteville since 1992. It is being played the day after Thanksgiving for the 16th time and will be televised by CBS.

Arkansas is 4-6 overall this season and 2-4 in the Southeastern Conference ahead of its game at Mississippi State this weekend. LSU is 8-2 overall and 4-2 in the SEC prior to its game against Ole Miss on Saturday.
