Nonconference basketball tickets go on sale Thursday

Tickets for Arkansas' nonconference basketball games go on sale Thursday.

— Single-game tickets for Arkansas' home nonconference basketball schedule will go on sale Thursday at 8:30 a.m.

The tickets include games against Syracuse on Nov. 30 and Oklahoma on Dec. 4 at Bud Walton Arena. The school is calling for a "white out" for the game against the Orange and will provide white T-shirts to the first 10,000 fans through the door.

Arkansas' game against Syracuse is part of the SEC/Big East Challenge and is the first between the programs since the Razorbacks won an overtime matchup in the second round of the 1995 NCAA Tournament. It will be televised by ESPN.

Five-game ticket packages known as "mini-plans" and season ticket packages are also still available. If those packages don't sell out, single-game tickets for conference games will go on sale Jan. 3.
