Wednesday recruiting tidbits

Offensive lineman Reeve Koehler pledged to the Hogs during his official visit.

Arkansas offensive line signee Reeve Koehler, 6-3, 315, 5.1 plans to report to Arkansas on May 28. He said he graduates from St. Louis High School in Honolulu on the 25th and will leave on the 26th.

Quarterback Jabe Burgess, 6-2, 180 of Greenwood plans to visit Ole Miss for it's spring game on April 13. He's deciding to whether to attend the Arkansas or Oklahoma State spring game on April 20.

He's been communicating a lot with South Florida, Illinois and Louisiana Tech. Numerous schools will be visiting Greenwood during the spring evaluation period to see him throw.

Burgess has offers from Illinois, Tulsa and Louisiana Tech.

Little Rock Catholic tight end Aaron Hamaker, 6-6, 260 added an offer from Troy on Tuesday to go along with offers from Wyoming and Bowling Green.

He has been invited to the Nike Football Training Camp in Allen, Texas on Sunday. During last week's spring break, Hamaker visited Ole Miss, LSU and TCU. The Rebels and Tigers plan to watch him during the spring evaluation period. Arkansas will also observe him during a spring practice.

As tweeted about 45 minutes ago, sophomore linebacker Justin Hilliard, 6-2, 220, 4.67 seconds in the 40 yard dash, of Cincinnati St. Xavier High School was about to arrive at Arkansas for a visit. He has scholarship offers from Indiana and Iowa but believes the Hogs could offer during his visit.

He had about 58 tackles, 6 sacks and 2 interceptions this past season.

Linebacker Christian Sam, 6-3, 208, 4.58 seconds in the 40 yard dash, of Allen, Texas said he's thinking of attending Arkansas' spring game. He has numerous scholarship offers, including Oklahoma, Boise State, Texas Tech and SMU. He's hoping to add one from the Razorbacks.

Arkansas signee and offensive lineman Dan Skipper, 6-10, 295, 4.97 seconds in the 40 yard dash, of Arvada, (Colo.) Ralston Valley said he plans to visit Fayetteville this weekend. A 4-star recruit by CBS Sports Network national recruiting analyst Tom Lemming, Skipper was one of the top prospects signed by Coach Bret Bielema and his staff in February.
