IRVING, Texas — Arkansas recruiting target and QB Brandon Harris, 6-3 1/2, 187 pounds, 4.55 seconds in the 40 yard dash, of Bossier City, (La.) Parkway was one of the top performers at today's Elite 11 at the Cowboy's practice facility in Irving. He has about 14 offers, including one from the Hogs.
