IRVING, Texas — Approximately 83 quarterbacks took part in Saturday's Elite 11 at the Cowboy's practice facility in Irving, Texas for the chance to go on to the national Elite 11 event.
After Saturday's competition, Cornwell, 6-5, 235 pound of Norman North High School in Oklahoma talked about recruiting, interest in Arkansas and his performance in the Elite 11. He was chosen to participate in the national event on Sunday.
Cornwell attended Arkansas' game against Ole Miss in Little Rock in the fall.
