Razorbacks win opener in Italy
Keira Peak led Arkansas with 21 points Monday.
Keira Peak scored 21 points and had nine rebounds as Arkansas beat Italian Select 77-55 in an exhibition game Monday in Pisa, Italy.
Freshmen McKenzie Adams and Jessica Jackson added 13 and 12 points, respectively, for Arkansas. Sophomore Melissa Wolff scored eight points and grabbed seven rebounds.
Arkansas trailed by as many as six points in the first half, but used a 26-2 run late in the first half and early in the second half to take the lead for good. The Razorbacks forced 28 turnovers.
Arkansas will play two more games during the exhibition tour.
