Arkansas has extended an offer to junior college defensive end Trevon Young of Iowa Western Community College, according to the program's Twitter account.
Young, 6-4, 235 pounds planned to attend Iowa out of high school but his offer was pulled because of legal issues.
The Hogs were aware of Young's past and obviously did some checking before extending the offer. Iowa Western's Twitter account also said Coach Bret Bielema visited the school today.
Young recorded 41 tackles, 11.5 sacks, 20 tackles for loss, a forced fumble and a recovered fumble in 11 games this season.
