Tuesday recruiting tidbits

Arkansas has offered California junior running back Nick Wilson.

Junior running back Nick Wilson, 5-10, 195, 4.4 seconds in the 40 yard dash, of Fresno, (Calif.) Central East received his fourth scholarship offer when Arkansas extended one Monday night. He also has offers from Arizona, Boise State and California.

Junior running back Jonathan Hilliman of Jersey City (N.J.) St. Peter's Prep was offered by Arkansas on Monday, according to a tweet of his. Junior highlights click here

Chris Smith of XOfan.com reported junior receiver Jacob McCrary of Miami Coral Reef high school received an offer from Arkansas today. Junior highlights click here

Arkansas has decided not to offer, said Little Rock Central athlete A.J. Tucker. Tucker said he will attend Henderson State.

Quarterback Damon Mitchell of Egg Harbor City, N.J. Cedar Creek will officially visit Arkansas this weekend, according to his coach Tim Watson. He's currently committed to Ga. Tech. Senior highlights click here

Cornerback Melvinson Hartfield of Dallas South Oak Cliff said he will decide tonight on whether to officially visit Arkansas or Texas Tech this weekend. He's committed to Kansas State and the Wildcats don't want him to make another visit.

Arkansas will visit with offensive lineman Dwayne Johnson of Bellaire, Tx. on Wednesday. He officially visited the Hogs over the weekend and is trying to decide from Arkansas and Nebraska.

Junior running back Derrell Scott of Havelock, North Carolina said he's been in contact with running backs coach Joel Thomas. He has 11 offers but is hoping to add one from the Hogs.

Running back Alex Collins of South Plantation, Fla. high school tweeted he just had an in-home with Coach Bret Bielema, offensive coordinator Jim Chaney, running backs coach Joel Thomas and defensive line coach Charlie Partridge. He called it a great visit.

Receiver Devon Allen of Phoenix Brophy will not visit Arkansas this weekend, according to his father. Allen was set to visit Fayetteville this weekend but added an offer from Oregon and committed to the Ducks last week.

Cornerback Melvinson Hartfield of Dallas South Oak Cliff said he will not visit Arkansas this weekend. The Kansas State commitment said the Wildcats said they would pull his offer if he visited.

Safety Jamal Adams of Carrollton, (Tx.) Hebron was offered by Arkansas today. Hebron is the same school Hog defensive end Deatrich Wise attended and of 2015 offensive lineman Zach Rogers, who received an offer from Arkansas previous staff.

Running back Matt Dayes of Weston, Fla. Cypress Bay will make his college decision on Wednesday. He considered make an official visit to Arkansas this weekend.

Arkansas defensive line coach Charlie Partridge visited Fort Lauderdale, (Fla.) St Thomas Aquinas today to check on juniors, defensive lineman Anthony Moten, receiver Corey Holmes and running back Madre London.
