Arkansas Elite Camp Day II updates

Arkansas running back commitment Juan Day of North Little Rock.

— Looks like Saturday could be a very busy day in recruiting news.

There are a few guys that could jump on the commitment list. Will post once given the green light.

Approximately 50 prospects worked out this morning. The session ended about an hour ago. The rest of the day is full of meetings.

LB Sharieff Rhaheed and DE Rashawn Shaw of Fort Pierce, Fla. have been very impressed with what they've seen while in Fayetteville since Thursday night. Both now have the Hogs in their top five.

Junior DL Chance Hall looked very good in the 1-on-1 session. No one could block him. Excellent quickness off the ball. He could be a candidate for an offer. Made a strong case for one. Pre-camp interview click here

Arkansas RB commitment Juan Day of NLR, 2016 athlete Denzel Mitchell of Jonesboro and junior RB Ryan Williams of Lee's Summit West High School in Missouri looked outstanding.

2015 OL Keaton Sutherland of Flower Mound, Texas was watching the camp. He has an offer from TCU. Arkansas likes his talent.

2015 OL Colton Jackson of Conway watched the action too. He earned an offer on Friday. He's very tempted by the offer.

CB Henre Toliver of Metairie, La. Rummel, He has numerous offers, including Arkansas He and his parents arrived last night.

As tweeted this morning, athletes Torrance Mosley and Corey McBride of Geismar, (La.) Dutchtown love Arkansas. Very impressed with what the Hogs have to offer. Both report offers from the Hogs.

2015 LB David Long of Cincinnati Winton Woods was on hand this morning. I'm told he's a vicious hitter. 2016 OL Eli Johnson of Oxford, Miss., Lafayette will arrive in Fayetteville on Sunday for his second visit. He visited the Hogs in early June. H ewill meet with Coach Bielema and OL coach Sam Pittman in the morning.

DL Armon Watts, 6-5, 270, 5.1 of St. Louis Christian Brothers College High looked good during 1-on-1's. Very nice size. He's looking to add to his 13 offers, including Missouri, Wisconsin, Indiana and Cincinnati. He said he's good friends with Arkansas CB prospect Raymond Wingo.

DE Renell Wren, 6-5, 247 of St. Louis Lutheran North came down with Watts and he too looks good physically. Wren also has numerous BCS offer.

2015 OL A.J. Harris, 6-4, 290 of Stilwell, Kansas, Blue Valley had some moments in 1-on-1's. Nice looking lineman.

2015 WR Jaelan Austin of Grand Prairie, Texas, Grand Prairie South looked very good in drills. Very quick feet. He's in the 6-2, 180 range. Received an offer from Tulsa recently. Has a chance to be a very good prospect.

2015 athlete Larry Pryor of Sulphur Springs, Texas likes what he's seen during his visit. Hogs along with Texas, Baylor and others have offered. Was to leave after the morning session.

2016 LB Jonathan Pollock, 6-0, 205, 4.6 of Orlando Dr. Phillips was in attendance. His father is friends with John Daly. He's Miss. St. commitment that has other offers from Memphis and Akron.

WR Nigel Falkins of New Orleans Carver was another receiver that got the attention of several in attendance. Heard he has 13 offers.

Offers being extend today is a strong possibility.

Springdale Har-Ber DL Josh Frazier, who was watching this morning, isn't the only one that believes Arkansas' new facility is better than Alabama's facility minus the waterfall. One other prospect said the same thing. The size of the locker room is much bigger that what Alabama has from what people say.

QB commitment Rafe Peavey of Boliver, Mo. threw today. He was busy recruiting WR Jared Cornelius last night.

OL Jermaine Eluemunor said on Twitter he had an awesome visit with Arkansas got some thinking to do but I'll have my final decision soon.

DL Abu Lamin of Fort Scott C.C. is on his way back to Kansas after completing his official visit to Arkansas. Hope to give an update soon.

2015 Chance Hall of Roanoke, (Va.) Northside said he didn't receive an offer from the Hogs. He said Arkansas said he did well. Looks like the Razorback will evaluate him this fall while also playing offensive line.

RB Ryan Williams of Lee's Summit West High School in Missouri will be evaluated in the fall before making a decision whether to offer him or not.

This upcoming week could end up being as crazy as today. Get ready.

DL Armon Watts, 6-5, 270, 5.1 of St. Louis Christian Brothers College High did receive an offer from Arkansas today after his performance at camp. He's now up to about 14 offers.
