Arkansas offensive coordinator and quarterback coach Jim Chaney visited Ft. Lauderdale, (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas today to check on at least two prospects, running back Madre London and receiver Corey Holmes.

Arkansas tight ends coach Barry Lunney Jr. visited Springdale today to check on athlete Deandre Murray, tight end Josiah Wymer and others, according to Coach Shane Patrick's tweet.

North Little Rock cornerback Kavin Alexander broke the 40 yard dash school record with a 4.27 time during testing today. Arkansas running back commitment Juan Day was timed at 4.56 seconds while 2015 receiver K.J. Hill clocked a 4.55 time.

Fort Smith Southside quarterback Isaac Jackson received his third scholarship offer today from Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Arkansas State and Louisiana-Monroe has also offered.

Arkansas Democrat-Gazette high school editor Robert Yates @RobertYatesADG reports 2016 defensive back Denzel Mitchell of Jonesboro was timed at 4.34 seconds in the 40 yard dash and 4.14 in the pro-shuttle during today's testing.

Yates also reports that Jacksonville defensive back Kevin Richardson will be walking on at Arkansas.
