Highland receiver Deon Stewart recorded a 11.12 laser time in the 100 meters Thursday evening. He also had a 43-11 triple jump.

He'll participate in a meet today at Heber Springs and will visit Arkansas on Saturday.

Linebacker-fullback Tim Cook of Eastern Arizona College was asked to send his video to Arkansas. He said his coach talked to Arkansas for about 20 minutes recently.

The former White Hall product, has several offers, including Louisville, Wisconsin, Arizona and California. North Texas offered today.

Numerous schools are evaluating Fayetteville sophomore offensive lineman Noah Johnson, 6-3, 280.

Arkansas and Louisiana Tech are expected to visit Russellville to check out sophomore offensive lineman Andrew Turner, 6-4, 280.

Ole Miss has visited Wynne to evaluate quarterback Ross Trail. Cincinnati will visit the school on Tuesday and Arkansas State will be at the school on Thursday. Texas will arrive on May 6 to check on Trail.

Highly recruited and Arkansas defensive end target James Lockhart of Ennis, Texas reports running a 4.69 time in the 40, 4.10 pro-shuttle and 32-inch vertical. He said he plans to visit the Hogs soon.
