Welcome to the SEC moment- Really the first day in practice in pads. I haven’t been pancaked yet, thankfully. But I haven’t had any reps with the ones yet. I rolled up my ankle on Thursday so I hadn’t played much other than the first day in pads. The speed of the game is way different than high school. The size of the linemen. Obviously the speed and the strength of the linemen. It’s crazy but I think I’m adjusting to it pretty well. I’m getting use to it. Just have to build on that.

Favorite Coach Bielema saying- 1 and 0.

Favorite meal- Probably Catfish Hole catfish. Pickles, the hush puppies. You can’t beat the hush puppies with the dipping sauce. That’s a perfect meal right there.

Funniest teammate- Probably Deatrich Wise. Deatrich is hilarious. He just does things to keep us laughing in meetings, even the coaches. Everybody loves Deatrich.

Must watch TV show- Sponge Bob

Teammate that’s going to have a breakout season- I’ll probably say Deatrich Wise on that one too. Deatrich is really impressive, he’s a really good pass rusher. He’s probably a lot stronger than what most people think. A lot faster than most people think. I think he’s going to have a really good season.

Dream date- Jennifer Lawrence

Strength and conditioning Coach Ben Herbert is- The man. He's the transformer. He just changes guys. He changed me. You can’t argue with the results.

Thing you miss the most about being away from home- Home cooked meals. I’ve haven't had dressing in forever. I love dressing. My grandparent’s cakes. The cakes and the pies you can’t beat that.

He reported at 347 and is now at 317- The biggest thing is you don’t have to cut out certain foods you just need to know when to eat them.Drink a lot of water. You can’t eat late in the day. Limit junk food. Can’t eat late in the day, drink water and the weight will come off.
