Froholdt update

Arkansas defensive line commitment Hjalte Froholdt is planning to visit Fayetteville in couple of weeks.

Froholdt,, 6-5, 290 pounds of Bradenton, (Fla.) IMG Academy will likely make an unofficial visit for the Nicholls State game Sept. 6. IMG Academy plays at Prestonwood Christian the night before and he and his brother, Lars plan to travel to the game from Plano, Texas.

He will probably accompany Lars on some visits to smaller schools. Lars hopes to enroll at a college in January.

If he doesn't officially visit for the game, he'll do so later in the season or afterward.

Froholdt has talked to defensive coordinator Robb Smith and defensive line coach Rory Segrest several times and is looking forward to meeting them in person. He recently talked to Coach Bret Bielema.

The IMG special teams coordinator has coached with Smith.

He previously said he wanted take official visits to other schools, but he's not sure if he will.

ESPN rates him the No. 12 defensive tackle and the No. 99 overall prospect in the 2015 class.
