Thursday night's preseason game between the Bengals and Colts featured a throwback many Arkansas fans remember fondly.
Current Cincinnati and former Arkansas quarterback Tyler Wilson connected with his favorite target during his time with the Razorbacks, Cobi Hamilton, for a 50-yard touchdown in the Bengals' 35-7 win.
Hamilton caught the pass about five yards past the line of scrimmage, made one defender miss and ran 45 yards down the sideline for the score.
It was one of Hamilton's three receptions, which totaled 74 yards, during the game. He ends the preseason with eight catches for 127 yards.
The performance might earn him a spot on the 53-man roster, as a pair of other Bengals wide receivers, Marvin Jones and James Wright, are battling injuries.
Wilson finished the game with 73 yards on 3-of-5 passing and is likely competing for a spot on Cincinnati's practice squad.
In 2012, Hamilton caught a school-record 90 passes, 86 of which were thrown by Wilson. However, since joining the NFL, both players have spent most of their career on the practice squad.
