Tuesday recruiting tidbits

Tight end Austin Cantrell.

Junior receiver Herb McGee, who received an offer from Arkansas last week, said he plans to attend one of the Hogs' bowl practices in Houston.

McGee, 6-2, 185 of Reserve, (La.) Riverside Academy also has offers from LSU and La.-LaFayette. He said receivers coach Michael Smith told him of the offer. Video highlights CLICK HERE

As reported on Monday, Arkansas tight end commitment Will Gragg said he's100 precent Hog after having an in-home visit with Coach Bret Bielema on Sunday. He plans to sign an athletic financial aid agreement with the Hogs on Friday.

Razorback tight ends coach Barry Lunney Jr. will watch Hog tight end commitment Austin Cantrell of Roland, Okla. play in a basketball game tonight. Lunney will have dinner with his parents before the game.

In two and half games, Cantrell has scored 24 points.

Pulaski Robinson junior athlete T.J. Hammonds and Bryant junior Cameron Murray have been invited and will participate in the U.S. Army All American combine Jan. 2 in San Antonio.

Running backs coach Joel Thomas will visit talent rich Manvel high school in Texas today. The Hogs have offered juniors, linebacker Jordan Carmouche and cornerback Deontay Anderson and has interest in several others, including athlete D'Eriq King.
