Arkansas hosted eight commitments on official visits and the reviews were very good.

Running back Rawleigh Williams of Dallas Bishop Lynch said Hog running back Jonathan Williams hosted him on Friday and fullback Tyler Colquitt. Hanging out with the players was the highlight of the visit.

He said Williams told him what to expect about the offense and playing in the SEC . Rawleigh said Williams has taken him under his wing.

Offensive lineman Colton Jackson of Conway was hosted by running back Juan Day. He hung out with offensive line commit Josh Allen and said the two have a lot in common.

He'll start out at left tackle because that' where he's most comfortable. He weighed 305 before the trio but feels like he added several pounds after eating all weekend.

Highland receiver Deon Stewart requested and was hosted by freshman receiver Jared Cornelius. He said receivers coach Michael Smith said he and Cornelius are similar. He and the other seven commits watched the Hogs practice on Saturday and was impressed with Smith's coaching style.

He doesn't know how much he weighs, but joked he could be 220 after eating at the Catfish Hole.

Defensive lineman Daytrieon Dean of Fort Smith Northside said shoulder rehab should be about four months and might be able to catch the last part of spring practice. He's weighing about 250 now and sees himself at 280 in about a year.

Dean is expecting to play defensive end. He was hosted by defensive lineman Ke'tyrus Marks on Friday and Cordale Boyd on Saturday.

Tight end Will Gragg of Dumas will likely sign his athletic financial aid agreement with Arkansas Thursday or Friday and be on campus on Saturday to start practice. He and Hog receiver commitment K.J. Hill exchanged text messages during the weekend. He said Hill planned to visit this weekend, but had a basketball tournament.

Gragg said he and and fellow tight end commit C.J. O'Grady have a great relationship. He said O'Grady is the classiest guys he's been around.

Offensive line commit Josh Allen of Jacksonville, (Fla.) University is thrilled with his decision to be a Razorback. He loved the campus and the professors he met and is looking forward to enrolling in Jan.

Offensive lineman Denver Kirkland hosted him on Friday and Dan Skipper on Saturday. They told him great things about offensive line coach Sam Pittman.

Safety Kahlil Haughton said defensive backs coach Clay Jennings will visit him today.

Haughton,, 6-2, 180, 4.44 seconds in the 40 yard dash of Waco (Texas) Midway has more than 20 scholarship offers, including Arkansas, Oklahoma,TCU, Baylor, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and Duke. Jennings and Coach Bret Bielema made an in-home visit Thursday night.

Jennings did an in-home visit with Oklahoma cornerback commitment P.J. Mbanasor today.

Mbanasor, 6-2, 185 pounds, 4.47 seconds in the 40 yard dash, of Pflugerville (Texas) Hendrickson committed to TCU while Jennings was on the Horn Frogs' staff.He's considering a visit to Fayetteville.

Jennings is also expected to make an in-home visit with highly regarded cornerback Holton Hill, 6-2, 185 of Houston Lamar today.

As reported Dec. 3, SMU started showing interest in Junction City running back Jaqwis Dancy, who's committed to La. Tech. Today, the Mustangs extended an offer.

Linebacker Rayshad Jackson of Miami Norland said linebackers coach Randy Shannon is expected to make an in-home visit today. He said Shannon and Bielema made an on-home on Wednesday.

4:30 update

Defensive coordinator Robb Smith just finished up an in-home visit with linebacker commitment Derrick Graham. I'm told it went great.

Graham, 6-4, 225, 4.56 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of Wauchula ((Fla.) Hardee picked the Razorbacks over Florida and Mississippi State. Some of his other offers include Georgia Tech, Iowa State, Nebraska and South Florida.

Texas A&M receiver commitment Kemah Siverand of Houston Cypress Ridge said he's no longer considering Arkansas and is a solid pledge to the Aggies.

Bielema, offensive coordinator Jim Chaney, tight ends coach Barry Lunney Jr. and receivers coach Michael Smith made an in-home visit with K.J. Hill and his family tonight.

Hill's stepfather, Montez Peterson said they had dinner with the coaches. He said a lot of ground was covered and called it a great all around visit.

Running back Ronald Jones, 6-0, 185, 4.41 of McKinney North High School in Texas announced on Twitter that he has reopened his recruiting. after being committed to Oklahoma State for several months. It appears he's headed to Notre Dame or USC.
