Filling in for Pro Bowler Russell Okung, Alvin Bailey received high praise from his head coach after his performance Sunday.

The former Arkansas offensive lineman played every snap of the Seahawks' 35-6 win over the Arizona Cardinals.

His play earned a plus-1.2 in pass blocking and a plus-1.4 in run blocking, according to Pro Football Focus.

Despite Bailey's solid game, Seattle head coach Pete Carroll acknowledges that he could be even better if he loses some weight.

“He’s a very smart kid, and he doesn’t get out of whack by the challenges out there,” Carroll said on his 710 ESPN Seattle radio show. “But at 350 [pounds], he could be a little bit lighter.”

Bailey, a second-year player, has started five games for the Seahawks this season after not starting a game as a rookie last year.

Here is a look at how the other 10 former Arkansas players on 53-man NFL rosters performed in Week 16.

Knile Davis - Kansas City Chiefs

Davis carried the ball twice for only two yards in the Chiefs' 20-12 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also caught a pass for nine yards and returned two kickoffs for 46 yards.

Nate Garner - Miami Dolphins

For the fourth straight game, Garner was inactive because of an illness and did not play in the Dolphins' 37-35 win over the Minnesota Vikings.

Brett Goode - Green Bay Packers

The Packers attempted three field goals and two extra points, as well as punted twice, in their 20-3 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Goode was the long snapper for all seven kicks.

Chris Gragg - Buffalo Bills

Gragg was inactive with a nagging knee injury for the Bills' 26-24 loss to the Oakland Raiders.

Darren McFadden - Oakland Raiders

After averaging only 2.3 yards per carry (129 yards on 57 carries) over his last seven games, McFadden turned in a solid performance in the Raiders' 26-24 win over the Buffalo Bills. He carried the ball nine times for 54 yards, an average of six yards per carry.

Jason Peters - Philadelphia Eagles

Despite the Eagles' 27-24 loss to the Washington Redskins that eliminated them from NFC East contention, Peters has continued to play well, drawing praise from Philadelphia head coach Chip Kelly.

“I think J.P. has had a good year,” Kelly told the Philadelphia Inquirer. “I think he's been the one steady guy for us all year long. He's really kind of just been that guy that we can kind of count on him.

“That's just the type of player he is in terms of he's always going to be there for you. …I think that says a little bit to him. He's had a really good year.”

Chris Smith - Jacksonville Jaguars

Smith registered two solo tackles, including a sack, in the Jaguars' 21-13 win over the Tennessee Titans.

Travis Swanson - Detroit Lions

Swanson played only five special teams snaps in the Lions' 20-14 win over the Chicago Bears, but his playing time will increase drastically next week, as starting center Dominic Raiola was suspended for one game after stomping on a Bears player. It will be his fifth career start, but first at center.

George Wilson - Tennessee Titans

For the third time in six weeks, Wilson led the Titans in tackles, registering six in Tennessee's 21-13 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. That total includes one tackle for a loss.

Jarius Wright - Minnesota Vikings

Wright caught three passes for 38 yards, including a fourth-quarter game-tying 8-yard touchdown, in the Vikings' 37-35 loss to the Miami Dolphins. He also had a 27-yard carry, giving him 71 rushing yards on five carries (14.2 yards per carry) this season.
