Cobi Hamilton was added to the Cincinnati Bengals' active roster Wednesday.

The move comes after wide receiver Dane Sanzenbacher suffered a concussion Sunday and was placed on season-ending injured reserve. The Bengals play at Indianapolis on Sunday in the wild card round of the NFL playoffs.

This is the first time the former Arkansas wide receiver has been on an NFL 53-man roster, but he spent all of the 2013 season on Cincinnati's practice squad.

He played four preseason games for the Bengals in 2014, catching eight passes for 127 yards and one touchdown, but was waived and picked up by the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Eagles placed Hamilton on their practice squad before releasing him Oct. 6, giving him an opportunity to rejoin the Bengals' practice squad.
