The Rockets, a member of the Mid-American Conference, announced the one-year contract Thursday. Arkansas will be Toledo's third Southeastern Conference opponent in as many years. The Rockets played Florida and Missouri last season, and are scheduled to play Missouri again this year.

“We are very pleased to add Arkansas to our 2015 football schedule,” Toledo athletics director Mike O'Brien said. “Arkansas is a program with a long and storied football tradition. We look forward to a great experience in Fayetteville in 2015.”

Toledo is Arkansas' second known nonconference opponent for 2015. The Razorbacks will host Texas Tech on Sept. 19, 2015, though the determination hasn't been made whether that game will be played in Fayetteville or Little Rock.

Arkansas has future home-and-home series scheduled against TCU in 2016 and 2017, and Michigan in 2018 and 2019, in addition to the Texas Tech series which is scheduled begin next season.

The Razorbacks are scheduled to host Louisiana Tech in 2016 and Texas in 2021.
