Liddell commits to Hogs

Dollarway athlete Josh Liddell has committed to the Hogs.

Liddell, 6-1, 198, 4.43 seconds in the 40 yard dash, played quarterback and safety for the Cardinals and rushed 112 times for 1,278 yards, 21 touchdowns and completed 44 of 58 passes for 1,257 yards and 15 touchdowns. Defensively, he recorded 24 unassisted tackles, 21 assisted tackles, 3 interceptions and 5 pass breakups this past season.

He also had offers from Boise State, Memphis, Arkansas State, La-Monroe and others.

He committed to Arkansas State in July of last summer, but reopened his recruitment after an offer from the Hogs on Jan. 16. The Razorbacks plan to use him at safety or running back.
