Arkansas extended its third scholarship offer to an in-state prospect for the 2016 class Wednesday morning when tight ends coach Barry Lunney Jr. called Hope Coach Jay Turley and told him the Razorbacks were making an offer to defensive end McTelvin Agim “He’s excited, super excited,” Turley said.-
