— North Little Rock receiver K.J. Hill had the top play of 7-on-7 competition at The Opening on Wednesday.

Hill, who's playing with the Land Sharks, went up high to grab the ball away from the defensive back and then took it in for the score.

Hill, 6-1, 190 finished ninth in the SPARQ Championship that was televised on ESPNU on Tuesday night.

He was named the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette's Offensive Player of the Year after catching 63 passes for 1,143 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior.

A family member tweeted that Hill has a top five that includes Alabama, Florida and Oregon. The other two will be announced later.
