As a senior, he recorded 46 receptions for 1,070 yards, 23.3 yards per catch average and 14 touchdowns for the Cardinals in 2011.

“Right now, I’m really thinking about coming home to play,” said Reed of the Hogs. “I’m still deciding what other offers I’m going to get, but right now I’m thinking about Arkansas and coming back home.”

He reports scholarship offers from Arkansas, Arkansas State, La-Lafayette, Southern Miss, Central Arkansas and Bowling Green. He’s also drawing interest from Florida State and Northern Illinois.

Receivers coach Michael Smith is actively recruiting him. A commitment to the Razorbacks is a possibility.

“I don’t know,” said Reed, whose cousin, De’Anthony Curtis played for Arkansas in 2008-2011. “I might, I’m still thinking about it.”

Reed, who tripled jumped 49 feet in high school, had 46 catches for 813 yards and 10 touchdowns along with a 98 yard kickoff return for a score at Coffeyville in 2012 before sitting out last season.

“My speed and my ability to get the ball in the air and make big plays,” said Reed of his strengths as a receiver.
