Tuesday recruiting tidbits

Highly regarded sophomore quarterback Brennen Wooten plans to visit Arkansas in a few weeks.

Sophomore quarterback Brennen Wooten of Marble Falls, Texas plans to attend Arkansas' June 19th camp.

He has offers from Kentucky, Clemson, TCU, Tulsa, Akron and Houston.

Wooten, 6-2, 180, 4.73 will attend camps that Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are putting on in Texas. He'll attend Texas and TCU camps. He's also considering Alabama's camp.

Defensive backs coach Clay Jennings is his lead recruiter. He spoke to Jennings and offensive coordinator Jim Chaney Monday evening. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Hope sophomre defensive end McTelvin Agim met with Auburn Coach Gus Malzahn last night and will particpate at the Tiger's camp today. He will then travel to Ole Miss for a camp and then Baylor the 7th, Oklahoma the 8th and Arkansas State on the 10th. He'll attend Arkansas' camp in July.

Agim received an offer from Alabama on Monday.

Forward Juwan Morgan, 6-8, 220 of Waynesville, Mo. said he wants to set up an unofficial visit to Arkansas soon. He has offers from Iowa, Vanderbilt, Missouri State and Tulsa. Video highlights CLICK HERE

McGehee sophomore athlete Jayse Snider, 6-3, 205 competed at the Memphis camp on Monday and impressed defensive coordinator Barry Odom. He recorded 4.89 time in the 40 yard dash. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Sophomore quarterback Skyler Thompson, 6-2, 188, 4.60 of Independence, (Mo.) Fort Osage is planning to attend Arkansas' June 19th camp. Offensive coordinator Jim Chaney visited his school during the spring evaluation period. Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska also visited. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Defensive end James Lockhart 6-4, 253 pounds, of Ennis, Texas, released his top six schools via Twitter on Monday. He listed in no order Alabama, Baylor, Florida State, Ohio State, Texas A&M and Texas Tech. He said he's still open to other schools and visits. He plans to make a trip to Arkansas June 21.

North Little Rock Catholic athlete D.J. Brown plans to attend Missouri's camp this weekend.

Hope sophomore defensive end McTelvin Agim has received an offer from Auburn after his showing at today's camp. He also has offers from Arkansas, Alabama, Ole Miss, Clemson, Baylor and Oklahoma.
