Plasencia, from Guadalajara, Mexico, was a sophomore in the just completed college season and earned second-team All-SEC honors. Roachell, a freshman, is from Conway. In her first NCAA regional event, she tied for 38th.

Gabriela Lopez, an Arkansas sophomore this year, and recently graduated All-American Emily Tubert, have received sponsorship exemptions to play in the Northwest Arkansas Championship. The tournament will mark Tubert’s professional debut.

The field is headed by former Arkansas NCAA champion Stacy Lewis, the world’s No. 1 ranked player.
