In his first appearance for the USA Collegiate National Team, Trey Killian pitched three solid innings against the Wilson (N.C.) Tobs Wednesday night.

Killian allowed only one run on two hits while striking out seven batters. He dominated the first and third innings, striking out the side in both.

The second inning was shaky for Killian, as he gave up a single and double to start the inning before allowing a run on a groundout, but the damage was limited to just one run thanks to a popped up bunt that led to a double play.

Team USA beat the Tobs, a summer collegiate league team, 14-2. The team, coached by Dave Van Horn, is undefeated this summer ahead of international play.
