Tuesday recruiting tidbits

Defensive end Hjlate Froholdt, an Arkansas commitment, plans to arrive back in the United State in late June.

Cornerback Holton Hill, 6-2, 185 of Houston Lamar said he's looking to visit Arkansas in the spring or summer. He's another prospect who defensive back coach Clay Jennings recruited while at TCU and is now on him at Arkansas.

He has 16 scholarship offers, including Arkansas, Texas, Texas A&M, Nebraska, Alabama and Florida State. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Arkansas defensive end commitment Hjalte Froholdt of Denmark said he spoke with Coach Bret Bielema on Thursday. He said the conversation went great and hit on several things including the coaching staff.

Tight end C.J. Conrad of LaGrange, (Ohio) Keystone said on Twitter that Arkansas offered him. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Linebacker Anthony McKee of Columbus, (Ohio) Walnut Ridge said he plans to visit Arkansas before the start of summer. He said he's talked to defensive line coach Rory Segrest and senior associate head coach and linebackers coach Randy Shannon.

Nettleton safety Jaylin Small, 6-0, 185 has been invited to attend Arkansas' spring game on April 26. He’s drawing interest from Arkansas, Arkansas State, Memphis and Troy. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Athlete Ryan Newsome of Aledo, Texas said he plans to visit Arkansas Wednesday or Thursday. He's talking to his lead recruiter and receivers coach Michael Smith and defensive backs coach Clay Jennings.

He said he and running back Ronald Jones, a major Arkansas target, are good friends and heard great things about the Hogs. His mother and an aunt are from Little Rock. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Hope sophomore defensive end McTelvin Agim has been invited to Dallas Nike Training Camp on April 5th. First step of hopefully getting an invite to The Opening at Nike Headquarters in July.

Tight end C.J. Conrad of LaGrange, (Ohio) Keystone said he plans to visit Arkansas. He received an offer from the Hogs as reported above.
