FAYETTEVILLE (AP) — Arkansas has won the South Point Thanksgiving Shootout with a 74-55 win over Richmond in women's college basketball.
UA's Kelsey Brooks led the Razorbacks with 17 points and six rebounds in Saturday's game in Las Vegas. Brooks was named tournament MVP and teammate Jessica Jackson joined Brooks on the all-tournament team.
Arkansas led 33-24 at halftime and opened the second half with a 23-6 run.
Arkansas improves to 6-0 with the win while Richmond falls to 3-2.
