Arkansas guard commitment Jimmy Whitt, 6-3,170 of Columbia, (Mo.) Hickman will officially visit Fayetteville Oct. 10-12. Coach Mike Anderson and associate head coach Melvin Watkins made an in-home visit Tuesday.

Junior safety Brandon Jones, 6-0, 195, 4.3 of Nacogdoches, Texas said Arkansas is one of the few schools to send him and his mother mail. He said that's one of the reasons he wants to visit the Hogs. He has 30 offers, including Arkansas.

Arkansas offensive line commitment Zach Rogers of Carrollton, (Texas) Hebron graded at 88 percent and had 13 finishes in last week's game. A finish varies from what one would call a pancake, to a cut, to an extra block downfield.

Junior defensive lineman Cameron Murray of Bryant had 2 unassisted tackles, 5 assisted tackles and a sack last week. He has an offer from Arkansas State and is drawing interest from Arkansas.

Junior linebacker Jordan Carmouche of Manvel, Texas had 3 unassisted tackles and a quarterback hurry. The week before, he had 5 tackle, a quarterback hurry, 2 pass breakups and an interception agains Houston Westfield. He has an offer from the Hogs.

Clemson and Wichita State will visit Jonesboro guard Marquise Pointer today. He has offers from both schools.

Linebacker Derrick Graham of Wauchula (Fla.) Hardee had 7 tackles 1 tackle for loss in the first week and 9 tackles and a forced fumble in last week's game. He's looking at dates in Oct. and Nov. for an official visit to Fayetteville.
