Small forward Doobie Jenkins plans to arrive in Fayetteville Friday for an official visit to Arkansas.
Jenkins, 6-7, 215 pounds of Naples, (Fla.) First Baptist Academy said he's been talking to Coach Mike Anderson and assistant T.J. Cleveland. He spoke to Anderson this evening about the upcoming visit.
The Hogs offered him about a week and a half ago. He also has offers from Chattanooga, Citadel, Kennesaw State, Richmond, Tennessee Tech and Virginia Military. He's drawing interest from Texas A&M, Fresno State, San Diego and several others.
Jenkins said Cleveland recently saw him play and that led to the offer. He said if the visit goes well he could definitely leave a Razorback.
