FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas women's golf has won its first tournament of the spring.
The No. 4 Razorbacks combined to shoot a final round 3-over par Tuesday to win the Lady Puerto Rico Classic for the second consecutive year. Arkansas finished the three-round tournament seven strokes better than second-place LSU.
Senior Gaby Lopez tied for third place at the tournament after a 1-under, 71 Tuesday. Sophomore Summar Roachell and freshman Jordy Labarbera tied for eighth place, three strokes behind Lopez.
The Lady Puerto Rico Classic included five teams ranked among the top 21 nationally.
