Bucket list- I would like to go to every major league ball park. I don't know if that’s a bucket list thing but I would like to do that. I think it’s like eight the last time I did the count. Some of them don't even exist anymore. Like I’ve been to the old Vet in Philly. I started this awhile ago.

Favorite sports team as a kid: Pittsburgh Steelers

Boyhood idol: Mel Blount

If not a coach, what profession: Oh gosh, oh my. I don’t know if I could do anything else (laughing)

First date with your wife: We went bowling and I made her pizza boats. Like pizza bread. Like a bun and I cut it in half and put sauce in there and cheese and meat and put it in the oven and that’s what we ate. I call them pizza boats. I was a graduate assistant at the University of Iowa

Coaches who have influenced you: Coach B obviously. The guy that recruited me in high school by the name of Jack Leipheimer at Thiel College. Kirk Ferentz (Iowa), Jack Cosgrove (Maine) and Greg Schiano (Rutgers, Tampa Bay)

Three words to describe yourself: I think I’m intense, I think I’m precise and I think I’m positive.
