UA women dominate to win SEC title

Razorbacks men finish second to Florida

Taylor Ellis Watson of Arkansas leads the field while competing in the 4x400-meter relay during the Tyson Invitational Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015, at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville.

Arkansas looked like the nation's best team at the SEC Indoor Championship.

The No. 1 Razorbacks won six events and scored 130.5 points to win their second indoor conference title in three years. Arkansas finished 44.5 points ahead of second-place Florida at the meet, which was held in Lexington, Kentucky.

The Razorback' wins included the distance medley relay and 4X400 relay. Senior Dominique Scott won two events - the 3,000 meters and mile run.

Senior Sandi Morris set a personal record with a 15-3 1/2 mark in the pole vault, which is the second best nationally this year. Chrishuna Williams won the 800 meter run.

Dating to 2013, Arkansas' women have won five of the last seven SEC meets in track & field and cross country.

The Razorbacks' men finished 25 points behind Florida for second place. Kemoy Campbell won the 3,000 and 5,000 meter runs, while Omar McLeod finished first in the 60 hurdles and Andrew Irwin was first in the pole vault.

Arkansas will host the NCAA Indoor Championships in two weeks at Randal Tyson Track Center.
