Tuesday recruiting tidbits

Little Rock Christian junior running back Damarea Crockett received extra attention from Nike officials after posting the second best SPARQ rating in the nation on Saturday.

Little Rock Christian running back Damarea Crocket committed to Boise State on Monday.

He chose the Broncos over scholarship offers from Arizona State, Arkansas State, Vanderbilt, Memphis, Colorado State and others.

Power forward Sedee Keita, 6-11, 225 of Greenville, (S.C.) 22 feet Academy received an offer from Arkansas late Monday. He's rated the No. 19 power forward and No. 83 overall prospect in the nation by ESPN.

In addition to Arkansas, Florida and Vanderbilt also offered El Dorado junior forward Daniel Gafford, 6-10, 217 on Monday. He also has offers from Kansas, La. Tech, Virginia Tech and UCA.

Sophomore shooting guard Mya Bhinhar, 5-9 of Owasso, Okla. committed to Arkansas Coach Jimmy Dykes Monday night. She pledged to the Hogs over scholarship offers from Missouri and Tulsa. She visited Fayetteville a couple weeks ago and received an offer.

Highly recruited receiver Audie Omtosho of Plano East High School in Texas said he plans to visit Arkansas soon. He visited Fayetteville for the spring game and received an offer.

Dayton offered Fayetteville guard Payton Willis on Monday.

Little Rock Southwest Christian Academy forward Eric Curry also received an offer from Minnesota in addition to one from Arkansas on Monday.

Jonesboro sophomore forward Salisu Yahaya, 6-7.195 pounds received an offer from Tulsa on Monday. He also has one from Lehigh. He moved to the United States from Nigeria two years ago and started playing basketball for the first time in Jonesboro.
