Tuesday recruiting tidbits

Running back Devwah Whaley is a major target for the Razorbacks in the 2016 class.

Another highly recruited prospect plans to visit Arkansas on Thursday.

Major running back target Devwah Whaley, 5-11, 196 pounds, 4.45 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of Beaumont (Texas) Central said he plans to arrive in Fayetteville on Wednesday and will visit the Hogs on Thursday. His top five schools include Arkansas, Texas A&M, Texas, Oklahoma and Georgia.

ESPN rates Whaley the No. 3 running back and the No. 49 overall prospect in the nation for the 2016 class. He rushed 172 times for 1,225 yards and 11 touchdowns as a junior.

Razorback linebacker commitment De'jon Harris, 6-1, 230 4.7 Marrero, (La.) John Ehret plans to make his official visit for the Auburn game on Oct. 24.

Arkansas fullback commitment Hayden Johnson, 6-3, 245, 4.8 Columbia, (Mo.) Rock Bridge plans to visit the Hogs on Thursday.

Highly regarded receiver Isaiah Graham said he's planning to set up his official visit to Arkansas soon.

Graham, 6-1, 175 pounds, 4.53 seconds in the 40-yard dash,of Bastrop, Louisiana has 20 scholarship offers, including the Hogs.

Arkansas athlete commitment T.J. Hammonds of Pulaski Robinson plans to visit Thursday.

Arkansas linebacker commitment Alexy Jean-Baptiste, 6-2, 200, 4.48 of Pompano Beach, (Fla.) Coconut Creek will return to Fayetteville on Wednesday to visit the Hogs. He visited last Thursday.

Running back James Charles of Pompano Beach, (Fla.) Coconut Creek, athlete Destra Benoit of Pompano Beach, (Fla.) Coconut Creek and Wisconsin linebacker commitment Dallas Jeanty of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. will all participate in Thursday's prospect camp.
