Tuesday recruiting tidbits
Star City junior defensive-offensive lineman Austin Capps power cleaned 360 pounds on Monday.
Arkansas defensive lineman Bijhon Jackson set a state record in the power clean with a lift of 360 in the Arkansas High School Weightlifting Championships in the spring of 2014.
Capps, 6-3, 312, 5.1 seconds in the 40-yard dash, has scholarship offers from Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisville and Mississippi State. He also has maxes of 390 pounds in the bench press and 585 squat.
State records can only be set during the Arkansas High School Weightlifting Championships. Capps said he'll probably participate in this year's competition. Video highlights CLICK HERE
Little Rock Christian junior running back Damarea Crockett, 5-11, 212, 4.41 added scholarship offers from Arizona State and Boise State on Monday. He also has offers from Vanderbilt, Memphis and Colorado State.

Highly recruited junior cornerback Kristian Fulton, 6-1, 170 of Metairie, (La.) Archbishop Rummel said he might visit Arkansas this weekend sometime soon. ESPN rates him the No. 7 cornerback and No. 65 prospect in the nation. Video highlights CLICK HERE
Arkansas safety signee Willie Sykes, 6-0, 175, 4.46 of Spring, Texas had a personal best in the 100 meters with time of 10.63 seconds last week. He also runs the 200, 4x100 and the 4x200. Video highlights CLICK HERE
Fayetteville sophomore quarterback Taylor Powell, 6-1, 191 plans to visit TCU and SMU while in the area to compete in the Dallas Nike Elite 11 on March 15. Video highlights CLICK HERE
