Offensive lineman Jake Heinrich, 6-4, 285 of Urbandale, Ia. received an offer from Arkansas this morning and plans to visit Arkansas as soon as possible. He has been communicating with offensive line coach Sam Pittman.
Word is Pittman was wowed by Heinrich's talent when he visited his school. He has offers from Iowa State, Illinois, Duke, Louisville, Kansas State and others. Video highlights CLICK HERE
Fort Smith Northside linebacker Deontre Hardwick received an offer from Memphis on Thursday. He now has six offers.
Defensive end Mark Jackson of Cibolo, (Texas) Steele received an offer from Arkansas on Thursday. He has offers from Texas, Oklahoma, Baylor, Texas A&M and several others.
LB Kendrick Jackson wasn't able to report this week like he had hoped. The paperwork wasn't completed in time and he'll now report for the second semester.
CB Ryan Pulley, CB Nate Dalton, WR Dominique Reed and punter Blake Johnson will also report for the second semester. All the signees are good to go academically.
Arkansas has offered 2018 offensive lineman Brey Walker, 6-6, 300 of Moore, Okla. He was a standout at the Dallas The Opening Regional in March. Definitely one of the best looking linemen I've seen at his age.
