WATCH: UA students create parody commercial on Razorbacks' win over Ole Miss

A parody commercial shot at a restaurant by a student organization at the University of Arkansas on Tuesday celebrates the Razorbacks' win Saturday in overtime against Ole Miss.

Erik Walther, a member of Christian organization Arkansas Cru, said he and fellow students got approval earlier this week from Buffalo Wild Wings to shoot the commercial.

The idea was born out of a tweet Walther saw from a national journalist discussing a Buffalo Wild Wings commercial that depicts a team being helped with the push of a button, Walther said.

A Buffalo Wild Wings commercial is edited in with the footage filmed Tuesday to create a scene in which a bartender pushes an "Arkansas vs. Ole Miss" button at the request of a Razorback fan seated in the restaurant.

"I really wish we could get a first down and this game would keep going," the fan says.

"No problem," the bartender replies.

While filming was originally set for a Buffalo Wild Wings location in Fayetteville, the crew switched to Springdale due to constraints.

Those featured in the video were briefly told of their roles before tables were cleared out, framing was adjusted and filming began, Walther said.

Arkansas quarterback Brandon Allen threw a program-record six touchdown passes and scored a two-point conversion on the final play of the game Saturday as the Razorbacks won against Ole Miss 53-52, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reported.

"We were pretty high on the Hogs on Saturday night," Walther said of Arkansas' victory.
